On that day, still trying to help the victims of the war in Ukraine, I go to the village of Hostomel, where during the summer I saw people living in a partially bombed block.
Now, in winter, a tent was set up for them next to the ruined building. I leave the food and pet food they ask for. They thank, they are happy that someone from Poland came to them, they say: “Come to us again, we are very sick here. . . ”. I promise I’ll come back.
